Load full of priceless eggs goes up on Interstate 85 in Fulton County

Just before 2:30 PM, February 10th, Fulton County Fire units responded to Interstate 85 South at Mile Marker 61, just north of Coweta County for a large vehicle fire.

The trailer, a full load of eggs, could be one of the most expensive in recent history given the current cost of eggs.

Thankfully the driver was able to detach the cab and it was not harmed during the fire.

Crews continue to work on clean up, causing a backup through the rush hour.
