MLK Dr / Cliff Cir Newnan Police Department units have arrested numerous individuals and reportedly towed a vehicle from a scene off Cliff Cir ( near the CEC ). Early reports are this may be related to Saturday's shooting of Swint Pl and Wilcoxon. Nothing confirmed as of this time. Further updates as they become available.

UPDATE | 5:31 PM | Power is back on, however all lights in the area are flashing red. UPDATE | 5:11 PM | GA Powers' giving EMA/SPD a 6:30 PM ETA for restoration. Senoia Area Georgia Power is currently showing just shy of 500 customers without power in the area. This includes all the traffic lights along E Hwy 16 / Wells St from Hwy 54 east through the city. There's also a number of businesses in the area without power. GA Power is on the way, no cause known at the moment.
