\\ Update on Bus Accident on Holbrook Rd.
The Georgia State Patrol has provided the following preliminary information regarding this accident. On August 1, 2026, at approximately 4:58 PM, a Trooper responded to a single vehicle crash with injuries involving a Coweta County school bus. The school bus was traveling south on Holbrook Road. While negotiating a curve, the driver exited the right side of the roadway, struck a mailbox, overcorrected, and then exited the left side of the road. The driver then attempted to re-enter the roadway, but the bus rolled over and came to a final rest back on its wheels. The driver was the only occupant and was transported to Grady Memorial Hospital in stable condition. A Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Officer also responded to complete an inspection. ******************************************************** Continued Prayers for the driver.
