In the eighth page of Muse’s Letter, he attempts to claim there is no DNA evidence tying him to the murder scene. Of note, he refers to Keith [ Allen ] Harward, a suspect that was cleared using DNA evidence after serving 33 years for a crime the DNA cleared him of. What the two have to do with each other isn’t apparent.
